2. Agreement and licence

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms, the Apple Media Services Terms that apply in your region and Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (Standard EULA). The app is licensed, not sold.

This page supplements those terms by explaining the features, purchases and support arrangements for Lineup Legends. Mandatory law and the applicable Apple terms prevail if there is a conflict.

3. Who may use the app

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms where you live. If you are not old enough to do so, a parent or legal guardian must approve your download, use and any in-app purchase.

4. Free features and Plus

The free version includes four complete games and core features; it is not a time-limited trial. Lineup Legends Plus is an optional non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple's App Store, not a subscription.

A Plus purchase permanently unlocks the features shown on the purchase screen at that time for the relevant Apple Account, subject to continued app availability, device compatibility and Apple's service terms.

Plus currently includes all ten games, both Advanced AI levels, Square Five for three to six players, and custom board, player and counter options. Buying Plus does not guarantee that every future addition will be included at no extra charge. Any future content sold separately will be clearly identified before purchase.

5. Payments, restoring purchases and refunds

Apple's purchase confirmation shows the final price, currency and applicable taxes. Apple handles payment, purchase history and refund eligibility.

On a compatible device using the same Apple Account, you can choose Restore Purchases to synchronise an existing entitlement without being charged again. If Apple shows a purchase as awaiting approval, Plus remains locked until the transaction is approved and then unlocks automatically; you do not need to buy it again. If the App Store product page shows that Family Sharing is available, eligible family members may also use the entitlement under Apple's rules. Plus access may be removed if a purchase is refunded, revoked or otherwise ceases to be valid.

6. Permitted and prohibited use

The app is intended for lawful personal entertainment. You must follow applicable law and Apple's Usage Rules. You must not interfere with the app or related services, bypass Plus access controls, distribute malicious code, or copy, resell, redistribute, modify or reverse-engineer the app without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

7. Intellectual property

Except for material owned by Apple or other rights holders, the Lineup Legends software, visual design, text, branding and original materials belong to York Global Commerce Ltd or its licensors. No intellectual-property rights are transferred beyond the limited right to use the app granted by the applicable agreements.

8. Games and AI

Game rules, scoring and AI opponents are provided for entertainment. The difficulty labels reflect the relative amount of computing effort used; they do not guarantee an optimal move or any particular result. The app does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, cash prizes or cash-convertible rewards.

9. Updates and availability

We may update the app to fix faults or improve compatibility, security and user experience. Features may change between versions, and some require a currently supported Apple device, operating system or App Store service. We aim to keep the app reliable, but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available.

10. Consumer rights and liability

These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory law, the applicable Apple Standard EULA governs warranties, the scope of liability and termination.

11. Applicable rules and disputes

The governing law and forum are determined by the Apple Standard EULA and any mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live. Please contact us first if you have a concern.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when features, legal requirements or business arrangements change. A revised version will show its effective date, and material changes will be notified appropriately in the app, on our website or in the App Store listing. Continued use of an updated app indicates acceptance of the terms then in force, without affecting rights you already have under mandatory law.
